The number of research papers interested in studying the social dimension supply chain sustainability and resilience is increasing literature. However, complex, with several uncertainty variables that cannot be expressed a traditional Boolean logic totally true or false. To cope uncertainty, Fuzzy Logic allows development models to obtain crisp values from concept fuzzy linguistic variables. Using Structural Equation Model by Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) Evolutionary Knowledge, this aims analyze predictive power characteristics on performance context COVID-19 pandemic representative cases Mexico Chile. We validate our approach using Chile database for training model testing. knowledge has more than 80%, features as inputs regarding disruption. knowledge, no works literature use evolutionary study correlation resilience. Moreover, proposed only one does not require priori expert systematic mathematical setup.
